Shipping policy
All Sanctum timepieces are carefully prepared, inspected, and packaged in their signature protective case to ensure they arrive safely.
Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During peak periods or product launches, processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped using trusted carriers, with full tracking provided for every parcel. Shipping costs and estimated delivery timeframes are shown at checkout and are based on your location.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please ensure your delivery information is accurate at the time of purchase, as we are unable to amend shipping details once a parcel has been sent.
Estimated Delivery Timeframes
Australia: 2–8 business days
New Zealand: 4–10 business days
International (major regions, excluding USA and Canada): 7–28 business days
These timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on location, carrier delays, and customs processing.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international customers, import duties, taxes, and handling fees may be charged by your local customs authority. Unless otherwise stated, these charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. Customs authorities may hold or inspect parcels at their discretion, which can extend delivery times. These delays are outside our control.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. Sanctum is not responsible for parcels delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Parcels
If your parcel is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly. While we will assist where possible, Sanctum is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.
Bulk Orders
Bulk orders may require additional processing time. Any applicable bulk‑order shipping rates will be displayed at checkout.
Pre‑Orders
If your order includes a pre‑order item, the entire order will ship once all items are available. Estimated dispatch dates will be listed on the product page.
Responsibility During Transit
Responsibility for the parcel transfers to the purchaser once it has been handed to the carrier. Tracking is provided for all orders to support visibility throughout delivery.
